Always the best offer when you book directly with us - we promise! (Bookings via our own website christinenhof.net, by phone or e-mail)

Use of the wellness and fitness area as well as the rental bathrobe and rental towels for the wellness area at no extra charge for you as a direct booker - in contrast, bookers via third-party providers pay a fee of EUR 10 per person for the use of the wellness and fitness area and rental towels during their stay

No hidden costs - our prices are final prices and may vary according to demand (daily prices)

More room categories - not all room categories may be available on online portals or in travel agencies, with us you are guaranteed to book all available categories

Latest availability - no room available online? Contact us, there is often something available at short notice

Personal & individual advice - for your time out in the countryside, we will find exactly the right room for your wishes from our 43 different rooms!

Cancellation conditions

If you book your room in our hotel directly by phone/email/official website www.christinenhof.net, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Please inform us of your wish to cancel by telephone or, even better, in writing to info[at]christinenhof.net.

Within 48 hours prior to arrival, 80% of the booking costs will be charged as cancellation fee, in case of no-show without prior notice, the cancellation fee is 100%.

In addition, direct bookings can be canceled free of charge at any time for the following reasons:

If you have tested positive for Covid-19 (certificate required).

If an official travel warning for our region is issued by the government due to the COVID-19 situation (general EU travel warnings are excluded)

For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, special offers, on public holidays & bridge days, special cancellation conditions apply. These can be found in your individual booking confirmation.

You will also find the cancellation conditions on your booking confirmation.

If you have made your booking via one of our sales partners (e.g. booking.com, hrs.de, expedia.de, kurzurlaub.de etc.), we cannot cancel your room directly. In this case, the cancellation is only possible via our sales partner, taking into account the cancellation conditions on which it is based. Our sales partner will then inform us of your cancellation.
